Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights. 

A smaller number of overnight stays is occasionally possible by prior arrangement,

in this case, the cost of the tourist arrangement is added to the cost of cleaning in the amount of 100 euros.

 

In case of booking for 7 nights and more, we offer you a 5% discount on the price of renting a villa

 

VAT is not charged under paragraph 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1 (we are not liable for VAT).

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If the term you want to book is free, it is booked by prior written agreement with the responsible person. The guest actually confirms the reservation if he pays 30% of the total value of the desired tourist arrangement within two working days after the written agreement for the reservation and sends a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address of the accommodation:  villacarolina.istria@gmail.com   Otherwise, the agreed reservation will be canceled.

• The remaining 70% of the value of the entire tourist arrangement is paid by the guest 14 days before arrival. If the payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation is canceled. In this case, the payment of 30% of the advance is returned to the guest.

• The reservation can be canceled in writing no later than 14 days before the agreed arrival at the accommodation. 30% of the reservation payment is not refundable in case of cancellation shorter than 14 days.

TOURIST TAX

 

Tourist tax is charged to guests upon departure.

The value of the tourist tax is: 2,5 eur / day for an adult, 1,25 eur / day for a child from 7 to 18 years of age and 0 eur / day for a child under 7 years of age.
